Hi, A few years ago, my ex husband removed his name from a house that we had owned together by just telling me that he removed his name. I had no clue. Now, I was wondering how he was able to do that without me even signing a paper. I live in Pennsyvania.

But if he DID, that means you, and you alone, OWN the house.
