There are 1000's of people, and web sites full of adds, all it takes is plenty of money since those type of sites would not be cheap to build.

It's a good idea to look at a variety of existing websites and identify those features that you like and which you would like to present in your own website. In each case note the url and describe in detail the features. Then contact a few web designers and ask them if they can build a site with those features, how long it would take and what they would charge. You should also consider whom would maintain and update your website, you or someone else?
