The woman in the blue sari is so beautiful. The dark circle of the first guy needs to use cucumbers.. is that you?

Oh thank OK I will use cukes I guess

    Nah that's just Google pics

But mine rather close to that just not sunken underneathe like his.

But I want around my eyes to be light not kind of dark as they still are a little.

Then maybe you need something a bit stronger than cucumbers, as they will only help a bit. A strong lightening eye serum

Yeah Rani is so pretty doesn't she have beautiful eyes? :) That pic does her so much injustice.

Yep I need something really strong because I want rround my eyes totally light. Right now is slight trace of redness or tan tone.

Does anybody recommend strong lightener around eyes?

    (No mono, though!)

You're going to end up burning yourself... they make creams specifically for undereye circles... look into those.

Yeah I got one that's strong but it burns too much around the eyes even applied with Q-tip.

Can someone recommend a lightening one? I keep finding eye creams but their ingredients are to clear hemoglobin not melanin/pigment.

No, I don't have under eye circles, but I see it marketed in a lot of places, so maybe it works?

I got dark circles too. The only thing that helped was that damn bioclaire. It made my overall face so nice and even toned. Then it gave me dark spots, so I wouldn't recommend. I've been to the dermatologist and they said theirs nothing I can do (dumb lady even told me to put chapstick under my eyes), but I think a good cream that helps to even tone, not just lighten the skin is the key. Currently searching for that cream, I will keep you updated. Tonique sounds good but very pricey. One testomonial on the Powerwhite said it helped fade her dark circles.

I have major circles too. I just use concealer.

Drinking more water, doing some delicate massage and sleeping enough are the best help so far but mine never totally disappear.. . gah, I've tried so many products but it's been a joke so far.

I don't have dark circles, but makari night crème made my skin very even and light. Still pricey, but half the cost of Tonique. I would have considered using Toniqe if they weren't so expensive, they would have to be much cheaper than makari, I doubt I would pay any higher than that.

Mysterious your dermatologist acually suggested to rub chapstick under your eyes? What the heck is that supposed to do?

But, I'll look around at ratings and post if I find some things.

Oh that's for the heads up. Yes I'm going to avoid creams that give brown spots afterward like HQ or cortisteroid cremes.

I used the night crème bro, I never tried the milk because from what I was reading it was just as effective as otentika but cost way more. So, I stuck with the night crème since it lightened me very well and quickly on my face. By the 2nd week, there was a big difference in lightening on my arms and hands. Wish I could just buy a tub of that stuff for dirt cheap.

Heheh sis that's some fast, awesome progress!

I know you don't have problems there like I do but did you put Makari up close around your eyes by any chance?

I'm either going to put Makari around my eyes, or even try putting 10% arbutin in makari/tretinoin base cream around my eyes if 10% doesn't burn too much that sensitive area as a previous answerer warned not to end up doing.

Well unsure if I was supposed to or not, I applied it under my eyes and a little on my eyelids, closed my eyes and ubbed it in. Used it to cover every inch of my face as I did not want the "raccoon eye" look. Also applied it of course to the ears and behind them, neck, chin, etc so that the lightening looks very natural. It did not burn. But, for the tret and all the rest I am unsure, different story perhaps.

    So what has helped me....

OLD herbalinn fairness cream...No longer available

Rosa skin care..........Continually out of stock for a year now

Rootsherbal treatment.........have to make up a mask, apply it, then remove when dry which I found to be quite time consuming and as you have to do it at night, was not always religious about doing it.

crystal clear.....immediate results initially but very expensive and would have to do regularly to maintain results
    .

Sometimes I would see results from using other lightening creams but would only last a day or so maybe, then would revert baack the next day.

Thanks Maharani! Sounds like a case of 'old is gold' with herbalin & rosa! :(

What were the ingredients in those? I hadn't heard of crystal clear -- sounds promising!

Off to Google, thanks again mate, cheers! :)
