This is a lot of ASK if I may say so.
You can achieve this by:-
1) Purchasing a good Accounting Textbook, plus
2) Enrol in an Accounting Course , plus
3) Gaining experience by obtaining a job in doing both chores under the supervision of a qualified accountant.
An added advantage is to learn EXCEL especially for the Payroll System.
Try and devise a payroll system on spreadsheets if the number of employees is say less than 30.
Yes, I have to agree that it really is a lot to ask. For instance, there are entire classes on payroll and then you wouldn't really learn everything. "Preparing" a general ledger is easy, so I'm assuming you mean something else, like everything about how to journalize, etc. and there isn't any one step-by-step guide to doing that -- there's a lot of rules, interpretation, and outright experience.
Is this for a real job, as opposed to school?
You're certainly welcome to ask specific questions about certain issues you're not sure how to handle.
Look . I am new in accounts but I just understand that if I have cash or something like tangible assets than its our CREDIT but if we withdral any thng than its DEBIT...
