    Moving children away
My wife is trying to take 2 of my 4 children to liverpool to live, we currently live in London, our marriage is at breaking point. Can she take my kids without my consent, I know they both would not ant to go, they have friends an family in London. Can my wife legally take my children away that far to live

Well, it all depends on the situation and how you handle it. You need to file for custody, or at the very least joint custody. I don't know if the laws are different there or not, but in Canada, when a cpl splits and they have kids either both people agree on who the children live with or if there's a disagreement then one of them files for custody and the other has the right to dispute it. I know that she can't move them out of the country without your consent, but that's not what your asking. I hope this helped a little bit. Good Luck :D
