As with all scanners you should never rely on just one.
There are any number of anti spyware scanners out there but the 2 I find work best together are Spybot and Adaware.

While you're at it its worth scanning your system for viruses.
A good on line virus and spyware scanner is Trend Housecall.

Just a note; actively running two AV's on one machine can cause problems.
So if you are thinking about it make sure your current one is disabled first.
SAme thing applies to online scanners as well.

Anti spyware scanners should be run in safe mode to ensure complete removal of pests.
