    Possible sentence in Texas.
Hi. I have a friend who was convicted of 2 counts of forgery in Kansas. She was placed on court supervision.. community corrections, and was violated. Because of this violation, she was placed in prison. She has since been released, and now that it is several years later, she moved to Texas. Last month she was indicted by the grand jury on another forgery charge. What are the possible sentences for that? Is it presumtive prison? Please help!

    Hello t:

There are MANY factors that go into sentencing, and I know NONE of them other than she is a second offender...

What I DO know, is having a GOOD attorney might outweigh having a BAD record.
