I have a table of data and am trying to find the frequency of the data. My class limits are whole numbers:
135-159
160-184
185-209 etc.
but the value I have is 184.4. Do I round it to 184 or do I put it in the next class limit since it exceeds 184?

Definitely put it in the lower interval as the boundary of the class is 184.5
