I have both of my kids every weekend without fail I never refuse or make excuses but my former partner keeps threatening to stop me seeing them so how do I apply to make my weekends with the kids official?

Get into court and have your custody/visitation formalized. You should be able to do this without a laywer. Family court is user friendly.
