I was in a relationship with an ex boyfriend and he wasn't treating me right so I decided to date some one else we dated for a while and I found out I was pregnant and I told him he said the baby might not be his it might be my ex well the baby was born I did a dna on my ex and the baby was not his so I call my boyfriend and told his the baby wasn't my ex it was his and he told me not it wasn't so I told him I going to put child support on him and he told me thati couldn't I ask why and he told me he lied about his last name how can I go about finding out his last name if I only know the fist and have an old number that doesn't work anymore can I geta lawyer and they can rquest it from the company:confused::(

According to me it was your mistake . Now there is no use of Blaming on them Since they are not interested on you . If you are going for the Court that will Spoil your image . My Advise is that you just tell this to your parents so that they can help you out from this or you tell this to Any one who you trust more .

Your lawyer and the court system should be able to locate him. It might take a bit of effort, but you should file for support now anyway because the meter starts running. When they do locate him he will owe back support.

There are a number of methods they can use - for instance his last known number and address can be used to track him down. It won't be easy but its certainly possible.

Get into court and file for custody and support.

What in the hell do you still think I live with my parents no I'm grown and who said I was blaming them maybe you need to reread the story where did you see I was blaming them I don't recall it oh and one more thang my daughter is not a mistake you better watch yo mouth and it want spoil my image :D
