Try offset flare wrenches or crow foot flare wrenches.
The problem is, I can't see where I would even place the crows foot. Is there anything I need to remove to get in there?
I'm not familiar enough with your car, to say for sure. It sounds like you may have to drop the rack & pinnion assembly for access. That's what I have to do on my Taurus. I recommend that you obtain use of a lift, before proceeding. If you are in the Navy, there may be a auto hobby shop on base.
