My 8 yr old pom just started peeing on everything he will pee where he sleep on a blanket if you leave it on the couch, in a basket full of clothes, and we have a pee pad beside his bed and he goes out side most of the time he never wants to go out I guess cause he is just lazy and he pees on everything in the house so he doesn't have to go out. Can you please tell me what I can do

If this is a new behavior, you need to take him to the vet to make sure that he doesn't have any health issues that are causing the problem. Only then can you work on training issues.

Had to spread the rep Cat but yes, vet first to rule out things like urinary tract infections and then we can start on training.

At 8 years old there are a lot of issues that can arrise with their little bladders.

Is he peeing where he sleeps? Like.. as he sleeps?

Yes he pees where he sleeps, not as he sleeps.
