My series 80 Kenmore washing machine has recently started smelling like a soured towel. I have run bleach through it, and I have let it set with vinegar in it. Within hours it smells the same way - soured. Is there a lint filter in it that might be causing the problem? If so, how do I get to it to clean it out? Any suggestions? The washer is several years old and the problem has just started recently.
