    Any suggestions?
I recently had a baby girl on May 26th and on my six week check -up I got the mirena (idon't care for the daily pill, shot, or nuva ring) hoping this would work. Lately I have sleeping later than usual, and I have been nauseated and have not lost any weight from my previous birth. I am kind of concerned from all the stories. Is this form of birth control that risky or are they leading the consumers on saying it is 99.99% effective when in all reality it is only about 89.99% effective. Had I have known this I would have defiantly tried something else. Any suggestions?

There is no form of birth control that is 100% effective aside from abstinence or sterilization. Do you get your periods on the Mirena?
