    How to evict boyfriend legally?(FLORIDA)
    Hello,

I am the only person on the lease in my apartment. My Daughter also lives with me and pays rent(like a room mate) But my boyfriend and I have broken up and I want him to leave. He refuses. I Have talked to my landlord and she says that he is MY tenant and I must evict him. I have thoiught about packing his things and having them delivered to his place of work and changing the locks. But I want to do this legally, he has no mail as my residence but his license and pay stubs has my address. The money situation is not a problem. I just want him to go. Please can anyone tell me what I can do in this situation? Again I live in Florida. :( I have called the Tampa Police but they tell me they cannot do anything.

You have to give him a written notice that his tenancy is terminated and he must leave within 15 days. If he hasn't left within that time then you have to file a lawsuit for eviction.
