My whirlpool refrigerator shuts off very frequently. Though the lights inside the refrigerator is On, but there is no cooling. It come back after couple of hours.. This is happening very frequently now a days... Please some one can help me how I can resolve this issue...

Also please indicate where is the defrost timer and the thermostat locations...
