I am 9 days late for my period, on the third day late I spotted once when I urinated and it was very red. I have cramps but there not bad and not often. My partner and I have been trying to get pregnant for a while now. Could I be pregnant??

You very well could be.
When did you have sex?
If it was in between 10-16 days after your period, it is very likely that you are.
Have you taken a hpt?
If not, you should.
Also the little bit of spotting could have been implant bleeding, break through bleeding, or abnormal period.

Of course you could.

You'll have to take a pregnancy test to make sure.
