I have a Trane XE 1000 Heat Pump the inside furnace blower fan runs non-stop. Even when you turn the thermostate to off. I replaced the thermostate [older honneywell] with a new digital honeywell non-programable thermostate this did not fix the issue. Can someone tell me what my problem is, what I need to do to fix it. Most of all can I get part & DIY.

Well to answer my own question, my problem was a burned out fan relay (about $25.00 to replace). What burned it out was the drain pipe was clogged up allowing water to run down on the inside of the unit shorting the relay out. The relay was on a circuit board, but only the relay had to be replaced. Thought this may help someone else with this same problem.

My york heat pump inside fan won't stop running. I replaced the thermostst, same effect. Then replaced the control module, same effect. The only way to stop it is with the circuit breaker. HELP PLEASE!
