Hi,

I use Microsoft Outlook' 03 and recently when I clink on a web link/photo within an email I receive a message:

"This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator"

This is a home computer. So could you explain what I need to do to fix the problem?

Is it windows vista? If yes, tray turning parental control off, ore right click and run as administrator.
