    Restrictions for people with warrants
What can I do with an outstanding bench warrant? I know I cannot receive a drivers license but can I apply for a passport? Can I travel within or outside the united states? Can I get married? Can I get a job under my name?

Turn yourself in and get the warrant taken of. If it is not for something huge they will release you until your court date.

A warrant never expires - any Police Agency which stops you for any reason can/will arrest you.

A passport is simply a Federal ID and no background check is done.

Yes, you can get married; yes, you can work under your own name. If you fly anywhere there is a good chance that the computer will pick up on your name. You can travel within the US - I just wouldn't fly.

    And, again, warrants never expire.
