    Best friend problems
I have a friend that I have known for years. We go way back to middle school. I introduced her once to my recent boyfriend. She knows nothing about him, and she has only met him that one time. I discovered that not too long ago, she sent him a friend invite on Facebook, didn't even ask me first or let me know. She specifically sought him out as a friend. My boyfriend did not send her the invite. She did it. Anyway, I confronted her about it. When I did, she told me this. "It's one of two reasons...I was either drunk, or he sent me the invite." I thought that was very lame, and not a very straight forward answer. I don't buy it at all. She didn't even know his last name. I know the only reason she could have found him was because he was already listed on my profile as one of my friends. Otherwise the chances of her finding him are slim to none. He is chinese too, and she denies having any interest in chinese men. So why now does she care about having HIM as a friend? She has meddled in my relationships before and caused problems, so I don't particularly trust her or know what to think of why she's doing this. Not sure if she's trying to get close to my boyfriend or get to know him or what... or if she's jealous? I did not think it was appropriate though, because she did not even tell me she added him as a friend. And her response to me was so vague, it seems like she's making excuses and not fessing up. Like she's trying to hide something. What are your thoughts about this?? She only met my boyfriend once!! That's it! Other than that, she knows NOTHING about him!

If you don't trust her why keep her as your friend?

As far as adding him on her Facebook I wouldn't worry about it , your BF is with you not her and by showing her it worries you it just boosts her ego.

I don't see the point of being friends with someone like that. Life is too short to have people like that in your life an if you don't trust her what's the point.
