Looking for a title of a novel about a girl possibly enslaved on another planet... or on earth by aliens. Her master/owner was a fish or lizard-like man creature. I'm pretty sure he could breathe underwater. I think his skin was blue or green. I read this book in the early 90's, but it was an old copy and appeared to be from the early 80's or even 70's
