Did'nt get what we paid for. Part2
Please refer to the original post: https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/small-...tml#post118654
We got the Manufacturer to pick up the Trailer, then we told them that the trailer could not be fixed as to be what we ordered and as to what they advertised, still they sent it back to our house and dropped it w/out our permission ( we were out of town). We took our case to Visa for Arbitration (Merchant and Customer are obligated to accept the decision made by Visa); Visa decided in our favor and credited us the balance $7k. We didn't get the deposit $6k because it was over 90 days, we can't use the trailer as built and the Dealer won't give us title so we can sell it and recover our $. The Dealer also Threatening to Place a Mechanical lien and sue us for the $7k.
    Any ideas? Please Help.

    Hello again:

So, they'll place a mechanics lien on a trailor that doesn't work and you're not using. Big deal.

They'll sue you? Big deal. For the very same reasons visa found in your favor, so will the judge. Besides, threatening to sue, isn't suing. Relax. Wait till you get a summons, if you ever do.

In any case, I'd be busy suing them first for my $6k.

You can sue them for the difference, or let them sue you,and you have still get the difference, evidence seems to be on your side from the Arbitration.

You have want to contact an attorney and explain the case to them.

Thank You all for answering, I just wish it was $5k so I can take it to small claims instead of having to have a lawyer.
