I assume this is the question:

How many volts would a 130 amp-hour tubular battery have to be to supply 500 watts using an inverter?

If you multiply the amp-hours (130) times the voltage, you'll get the number of watt-hours. If you want 500 watts for 1 hour (500 watt-hours) and you have a 12-volt battery then

If you want to draw 500 watts, the battery will last for

or something over 3 hours. This does not include losses in the inverter. There will be some power lost in the inverter. I'm not sure how much; maybe as much as 25%.

The inverter must be rated to supply 500 watts (probably should be rated at at least 5 amps at 120 volts).
