    60 day notice
    I got a 60 day notice to vacate. Do I have to pay rent In the 60 days?

    Yes, you still have to pay rent or the landlord can take you to court for living there and not paying rent and recovering the rent money from you.

    You are required to pay rent for every day that you occupy the premises. Why would you think otherwise?
