    Weight at 24 weeks along
I was concerned about my weight gain. I am 24 weeks pregnant and have gained 24 lbs. I have basically gained a pound a week. I was reading up on pregnancy weight gain and they say you generally gain the majority of your weight in the last trimester. Is it possible that I have gained mine the 2nd trimester and will taper off in the 3rd trimester. If I continue to gain so rapidly I am looking a 40 lbs if I'm lucky by the end. I don't want to jepordize the health of my baby. I am tryng to eat health!

Everyone woman is different and so is their nutritional needs. If your doctor isn't concerned, don't worry too much. Just keep eating as healthy as possible. :)
