If a lady with h4 visa leaves usa after her green card was applied by her H1 visa holder husband.will she get green card after divorce(which is not finalised yet and not applied).if she get divorce ,should it be given in New York or in her native country.both husband and wife r not us citizen yet but but have applied for green card and have 4 year son,which is with his mother in pakistan.what is fate of child.

Your legal status depends on his... and it ends immediately once the divorce is final.

Lawanwadee is correct. If you are an applicant for PR and you get divorced, then your application ends at that time as you are not a spouse.
