Like what are some signs

Too many to list and it varies from person to person, if u have spesifics in mind write them down and it will be easier to get an answer

There are too many possibilities of signs. It would be much easier if you gave us a description of a specific situation.

Well this guy I know keeps messaging me asking me questions about work but the thing is I answer them but he always asks the same question over and over again:rolleyes:

That doesn't sound like interest, it sounds like annoyance.
Typically someone who liked you would ensure that they contact with you isn't harassing.
Messaging is also not a good approach to begin a relationship (friendship or otherwise).
What is your face to face contact like?

The face to face convosations is actually really good but all we seem to talk about is work but its not the same questions he asks in the text messages

Find some new common ground for discussions.
If the only interest you share is your employment, there won't be much to talk about, branch the conversation off and see where it leads you.
