Hi I have a 61' Panasonic T.V. and my lamp light is blinking on and off when I turn on my t.v. I don't get no picture the screen just stay black,What should I do?

I would suspect the lamp. Unfortunately, an expensive part.
I've attached a part of a generic Panasonic User's Manual that talks about the lamp. It is something that an owner can replace, although you would need to get the part number from your manual. This is also where you would find the exact lamp replacement procedure for your TV.
