    How do I restore the snmaster.idx file
    When I boot the computer up I get the message snmater idx file missing

    Add/remove programs and unisntall all AOL software

    In windows explorer, go to c:/program files folder and delete all AOL folders

    Reinstall AOL and during setup, use the already have an account option
