I should make it clearer that I live and work in Florida for over 30 year, my husband last known address is in Maryland,it almost impossible for the two of us to be in Thailand at the same time so the devorce have to be done here, did he have to be here in person or can I go ahead without him, what else do I need .

You need an Attorney - this will be complicated because you are filing from one State to another.

What does Thailand have to do with it? You are not US citizens?

You can file in FL, where you live. You need an attorney..
