Im am trying to find help in collecting money from exhusband. It is stated in the divorce that he is responsible for paying half of all medical and not he owes about 4,000. Can I go though the states attorney? Can they help me? I have been to family court and he still doesn't pay. I don't have any money to hire an attourney
