Currently I am working in Canada. I have H1B visa in canada. In December I will be moving to U.S.A on H1b visa. Now the question is how and when I can apply for H4 visa to bring my wife in U.S.A? What is the procedure and requirements to do that? My wife is a Computer engineer and currently not working anywhere. She is housewife.

Kindly provide me detailed information as I am confused. Because Canada rejected her visa once.

She applies for the H-4 at the US consulate, generally at the same time you apply for the H-1B. She needs the marriage certificate to prove up the marital relationship, current passport, etc.
