Win 2003 time keeps changing, How do I resolve the problem

There could be numerous causes for losing time, but the first thing I would try is to replace the clock battery. If you open up the computer, there should be a coin-type battery about the size of a nickel. Probably a CR2016 or CR2032. Just replace this and see if your system starts keeping time again.
