Whatever your pediatrician recommends. Please understand that we are not doctors here and we do not know your child's medical background. It could be very dangerous for you to get medical info from total strangers regarding your 13 month old baby.

Please call her doctor to find out what is best for her. She should be seen to rule out H1N1 (swine flu).

Give nothing. Otc cold meds are not recommended for such a young child anymore. I agree with J9 contact her doc to rule out infection or flu.

I agree with the two people before me and will also add this: it's often not recommended to give a small child anything for a cough because the coughing is good for them. It keeps the fluid moving so it won't build up in their lungs and cause pneumonia.

Is there any green fluids or chunks coming out? I know a baby girl that has the same problem...
