I currently have a GE washer model S3700G2WW that fills water and drain properly but do not agitate or spin.
Removed the front cover and motor do not spin but does not smells burn and looks pristine.
Any suggestions?

Hello geuser. This may help, check to see if the lid switch probe or magnet is still in place.

Check with ohmeter and lid magnet switch is working fine..
I will check for the fuse cable or whatever is called, but I noticed that the motor is not turning and the LED blinks twice (2 times)
Any suggestions?

I am having a similar problem. Have you gotten any answers?

In my case was an unsuspected worn belt. Tricky to replace it but using the tie wrap method was a snap.
I will recommend if you see your belt even barely stretched, replace it
