My car kept stalling it's a 1999 Infiniti g20 , 3 different mechanics said I needed a new exhaust which I could smell and hear got it fixed a week ago, the car has great pickup was very happy my issue was solved since I am out of work , now today it stalled 3 times why?

. Check all under dash and under hood fuses with a test light or multimeter:

. Check for codes.

. Check for spark. If none or weak, check the distributor.

. Replace platinum spark plugs with the same plugs and plug no. that came in the car, if they have not been changed in the last 45,000 miles or 3 years.

. Check for fuel. Do you hear the fuel pump run, when the ignition switch is turned to ON? Replace fuel filter, if it hasn't been changed in 25,000 miles.
