Trying to find Artist/song that has just a word or two below in the lyrics..

If I remember, the song has something about a woman "being 5'3" and something about her eyes maybe, like brown or blue eyes or something? Sound familiar to anyone?

Horizontal head bands and smock dresses - for people to dance the Charleston to.

The lyrics I remember are:

The song was She's More by Andy Griggs (sp?).
