So I have this friend and I added her to my plan and now she decides not to pay her bill and that she won't anymore so I shut it off could I take her to court to pay the early termination fees and such?? Anyone ever heard of this??

Yes,if you have a written contract.I see this on judge shows all the time.
If she says it was a gift ,you would have to prove otherwise.
See if you can get her to admit she owes the money via an email or text message.

What you did is probably against your contract rules anyway, so you could end up in trouble for doing something against your contract.
