Can a person whom is on salary demand for more money if they have to work a day that they normally have off? What rights do employees have if we tell them that they have to work over and above the normal hours and or days per week that they work and they say no unless we pay them for the extra time? :confused: Can I remove them legally from employment or lower their pay if they refuse to keep up their end of the contract or refuse to work the day asked to work?
