    Track IP
Gmail does not show sender's IP in the header. If a non-gmail server receives a gmail message, is there any way for the receiving server to track the sender's real IP if nothing shows in the message header? (The receiving server is run by the receiver.)

You'll see Gmail's mailserver IP, not the IP of the computer that wrote the message. This is true of all webmail services.
