    Leaky ceiling under bathroom
Help! I have an old house, and I noticed that whenever anyone ran the upstairs tub, the ceiling underneath leaked to the point where paint was peeling. We stopped using the tub but didn't fix it (no $). Now the same leak is back, and worse, probably from just using the toilet or sink. Now there are 2 leaks about 6 inches from the old leak, just steady drops of water coming down. There's no visible evidence of anything unusual upstairs. There's also no obvious way to get at the pipes. What can I expect to be the problem/solution in a case like this?
Thanks in advance-you guys are lifesavers!

I don't see where you have much choice but to open up the ceiling to take a look.
Unless the ceiling's so soggy it falls apart cut a square out and dry it out. It can be put back and taped after the leak's located and repaired. Good luck, Tom
