My divorce decree states my ex to have supervised visitation until completing 6mos drug testing and completing rehab program also says time to be 6 hours a week and ends there. He has completed the drug testing so my question is what happened to the visitation was it supposed to change to weekends & overnights the decree doesn't state anywhere, so the kids have been going every other weekend for over a year, but now the violent behavior is back, I asked him to test again he stalled for 5 weeks & tested negative, since the decree doesn't specifically outline that the supervised visits would change allow me to reinstate them? Also he still hasn't done the rehab part yet can I request he do that in order to see children?

If the decree has not specifically been changed to allow for other than supervised visits, you are within your rights to continue to require them until he goes to court and has the order modified.
