My ex and I have been separated for over 7 years. I thougt he filed years ago. But apparently he did not.
Now I want to get married and have no divorce. I do not know where he is at.
I live on SSI and do not have a lot of money. What can I do?

Check with your local legal aid office. Since you are on SSI you should qualify for help. Good luck

He can be served by publication by Court order, publication in a Court-approved newspaper but you need an Attorney to file the appropriate papers.

Is there some sort of reduced cost legal assistance program in your area?
