I am having issues.. before we were even divorced husb took life insur out of children's name-court told him to get life insurance.in my name and kids and provide proof.. this wasn.over year ago still no info.. how or were can I find a form for fed 3113.. that makes the carrier notify me about policy changes etc.he is a state cop and I am concerned that with his hot head he might end up on wrong side of gun.. and my kids will pay the price... thank you:eek:.

Thanks for the info... I haven't been able to find it yet... We were supposed to go to court last week... but he and his attorney "forgot"I already asked for a restraining order.. but everythhing takes so long .thanks for your thoughts

Hasn't your attorney been helping you with this situation? What did the Judge say when they said "they forgot". I would call the Court Clerk and ask if your case was rescheduled. Don't let them game you. Take care good luck
