Hi there I have a white patch that appeared on my penis surrounded by red blotchy patches for a few months now I have not done anything about it in the hope it might disappear but it hasn't I do not seem to have any discharge or pain I would also like to point out that I have not been sexually active for about a year now , I was wondering if I could have caught something from a previous relationship and its been laying dormant
