Swimmer visits the public pool in PMB .he pays his entry fee and receives his ticket .he proceeds to the change rooms.at the entrance of the rooms it states "the management and employees of the swimming pool will not be liable for the loss of any propety of any person using the pool"While the swimmer was in the pool his clothes were stolenfrom the change rooms.. swimmer wishes to sue for damages. Discuss Swimmer's legal position.Would there be any difference if the notice was printed on the back of the ticket he received.(15 marks)
