I fell on concrete abput 3 weeks ago and ever since then my outer elbow has been really tender. I was thinking it may be a deep bone bruise. But the bone above my elbow is slighlty sticking out, and it has never been like that. Could it be dislocated? Its not real painful and I have full range of motion. It hurts a little when I lift something of 20 lbs. or more, but not real bad.

Although this isn't my expertise, I would think (and you must be familiar with your ailment if you know the terminology) that the problem lies in the ligament in your arm/elbow. But... you would not have complete ROM if this was the case. The fact that you feel pain when you lift a weight tells me that you would need an X ray of the area to determine is therapy if required.
