Name of a book about a genetic doctor.
I read a book a couple years ago, and I can't remember the title. Its about a doctor who uses genetic therapy to help people be cured of genetic diseases. The catch is he is actually using the same theory of genetics to make other people genetic replicates of himself so they can all be leaders of a cult, or something like it. I think the majority of the book was about a detective either trying to find the doctor or being chased by him, I can't remember it fully.
