    Inheritance Laws in CA
My paternal grandparents are multi-millionaires. My father (their son) has been deceased for nearly 30 years. Ever since his passing they have decided to have little to no relationship with me or my mother. We have all been struggling financially ever since. My father left no will.
Do my grandparents have any obligation to support us or leave me in their will?
    Just curious.

Short answer, no. It's their money and they can leave it to a tree, if they really want to.
